  It was very nice. We stayed in unit 304 where we have stayed prior many times, we did notice this time that the walls need paint very bad and the recliners to sit are worn past being comfortable, please replace asap. None of above will keep us from return just letting you know.

  The Bear Crossing condo we stayed in was great as usual. we have stayed in this condo before - this year was our 3rd year. We would highly recommend these condo's to anyone. We had some construction across the street that started early in the morning - but certainly was not the faulty of the condo's and it was not at night. Very clean, decorated beautifully, great location, everyone at the condo is so nice to help with check in check out etc. - we will be going next year for sure!!!!

  Family vacation, we have been to Pigeon Forge multiple times, and have done the cabin rentals, but had bad experiences with that. We decided to try a condo, and this was the absolute best experience we have had in Pigeon Forge! Condo is close to everything, and the staff was outstanding, very helpful with all our questions. We plan on making more visit, and we found our new home away from home, and of course will be using Bear Crossing for our future stays! Condo is very well maintained, and we loved the swing on the deck, with the sound of the stream flowing by it was easy to relax, and must admit I even found time for a quite cat nap, while on the swing.

  This is the best place we have ever stayed! When we're ready to make reservations we no longer discuss where we want to stay. The place is clean and quiet. The office staff are very courteous. The location is great. The balcony and stream are very relaxing! Can't wait to get back!
